Risk Strategies International, LLC was retained by adverse parties and their counsel to resolve issues requiring a trusted third party and related to legal discovery of important intellectual property prior to the commencement of costly litigation.

RSI worked with both sides of the dispute as an independent third-party Special Master by reviewing sensitive and classified documents to avoid their being exchanged or available to other possible adverse parties through litigation.

RSI provided a written report of findings regarding whether or not an infringement or compromise had taken place. This enabled both parties to reach settlement without compromising either of their intellectual property.
