Assignment: Information Security / Proprietary Software Theft

Risk Strategies International, LLC assisted chairman, senior counsel with information security issues surrounding a multi-million dollar lawsuit by a competitor and protecting information against sophisticated and unscrupulous adversaries.

RSI identified areas of infiltration and persons responsible for the possible theft of sensitive, proprietary and trade secret information. RSI also assisted with establishing an internal audit trail.

During the assessment, research and analysis phase, RSI discovered individual most likely stealing company's proprietary transportation program while employed as a contractor / consultant on a computer software design project.

RSI worked with internal security on this investigation and determined that this individual had been arrested for a similar activity earlier.
