Expert Witness / Consultant: serving as an Independent Third Party on matters relating to premises liability, the adequacy of security, and other security, safety and risk-related issues when an incident occurs or a claim is first made prior to commencing litigation, or before or during an Alternative Dispute Resolution. Assisting counsel with determining the viability of a case, with evaluating its strengths and weaknesses and those of experts, and with developing a litigation strategy.
